The Cardinals and Royals met three weekends ago in Kansas City, and have a rematch this weekend in St. Louis with no change in their status as television ratings leaders in MLB.
Kansas City topped all U.S.-based teams in local ratings when the clubs last met. Royals games on Fox Sports Kansas City were being seen on 12.4 percent of homes with a TV in that market then, and the figure now is 12.3 — still No. 1.
Cardinals games on Fox Sports Midwest remain No. 2, having increased from an 8.9 rating to 9.2.
