ST. LOUIS • Although his solo home run may have been overshadowed by the shows of force from teammates Matt Holliday (two homers) and Brandon Moss (another pinch-hit homer), Randal Grichuk has done enough on the home stand to return to the spot reserved for him in the lineup.
As the Cardinals host Cincinnati on Saturday afternoon at Busch Stadium, Grichuk is back at cleanup.
Four of the Cardinals who hit some of the six homers in Friday's win are back in the lineup Saturday, including shortstop Aledmys Diaz and Moss. That group will back ace Adam Wainwright, who is looking to assert himself after a couple wobbly starts to the beginning of the season.
