Piscotty becomes Cardinals' fourth starter at first base

Ten games into the season, the Cardinals are on their fourth first baseman.

Matt Holliday, Brandon Moss and Matt Adams all made at least one start at the position during the Cards' first nine games. Tonight against the Cincinnati Reds at Busch Stadium, Stephen Piscotty will start at first base as manager Mike Matheny finds another way to keep hot-hitting rookie Jeremy Hazelbaker (13 for 27, .481) in the outfield rotation.

Hazelbaker will start in right field, where Piscotty started eight of the first nine games. Piscotty made nine regular-season starts at first base late last season.
