BALTIMORE • The only team left for Adam Wainwright to face in his major-league career is the one that he's on.
That is, unless he's able to forget about Saturday.
In his first career start against Baltimore -- the 29th and final opponent he has to complete a set of possible opponents -- Wainwright met or exceeded a handful of career highs. None of them good. A seven-run second inning shoved Wainwright from the start before he could get a third and final out of the second inning. The 1 2/3 innings is his shortest start of his career, but the Orioles made the most of it.
