Corey Feldman managed to get his name in the news — albeit in a minor, unflattering manner (is there any other way?) — when his scheduled appearance at a recent game for the State College Spikes, the Short Season-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, went awfully awry (video here). So much so, in fact, that the Spikes issued a formal apology on social media for the bizarre appearance by the former child actor-turned-train wreck.

This prompted Feldman to fire back at the team, arguing on Twitter that his appearance “was the most unprofessional event I’ve done.
