Jim Edmonds is moving from “Real Housewives of Orange County” to a different type of reality show, one that runs from April through at least early October and could be called “Fox Sports Midwest with the Cardinals.”
Edmonds, who patrolled center field for the Redbirds from 2000-2007, appeared occasionally last season on Bravo’s “Housewives” show that more prominently featured his wife, Meghan.
Now he’s set to join the FSM booth as an analyst for about 30 of its Cardinals regular-season telecasts this season, joining returnees Al Hrabosky, Ricky Horton and Tim McCarver in the rotation alongside play-by-play broadcaster Dan McLaughlin.
