St. Louisan Joe Buck said he had a blast serving as the final guest host of the season on "Jeopardy!" But the big winner was the local charity that benefited from his presence on the iconic television game show.
"Jeopardy!" used celebrities all season to fill in after longtime anchor Alex Trebek died in November and the show's owner, Sony Pictures Entertainment, donated an amount equal to the contestants' winnings each day to the charity of each host's choice.
Buck chose KidSmart, a local organization that provides basic school materials to children whose families have financial difficulties, a charity he has represented for years.
