Holliday scratched with lower back tightness

JUPITER, Fla. -- Matt Holliday's debut at first base will have to wait at least another day.

The Cardinals announced shortly before the start of Saturday's game against the Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium that Holliday was being scratched from the lineup because of lower back tightness. The team did not say what caused the tightness, only that it was a precautionary move.
