You know, like “Cubs.” But in America of 2020, we’re all learning about accepting and adapting to a new normal. This is a skewed version of the life we lived — and the life we loved. Some changes are huge, some changes are small. Some regard some pretty serious things such as school and work, and others regard things such as baseball (in other words, really serious things).
In order to get what we truly want — competitive, actual baseball played in 2020 — the National League fans will have to accept the designated hitter in all games.
