Daily negotiations continue between MLB, players' union, but a 'taxing' topic looms

While getting their steps in moving from one side of the Cardinals’ spring training complex to the other, from caucuses to conversations, negotiators seeking to end Major League Baseball’s lockout inched in little direction Tuesday.

Despite so much walking, so much talking, and so little movement, they continue to tiptoe around the pitfall any route to a deal must ultimately navigate.
