Springfield had a tough draw on Monday, having to square off against A’s pitching prospect Jesus Luzardo. Luzardo, since coming over from Washington and recovering from TJ earlier in his career, has become one of the best pitching prospects in the game. The young lefty features a mid 90’s fastball, a breaker and a changeup that both flash plus at times and mature pitchability that hints towards future above-average command.
