Major League Baseball is often speaking of expanding its audience. One way it has been working towards has been by bringing teams to different countries for a series. There has been games in Australia, Mexico, and earlier this offseason there was an exhibition series in Japan. This year the Red Sox and Yankees will play in London’s Olympic Stadium. It is a lovely goal and one MLB looks to continue efforts towards. The most recent discussion appears to feature a potential series showcasing the Cardinals and Cubs in London as soon as 2020.
