The sea of red, without limitations, will be welcomed back home on Flag Day.
The Cardinals will open Busch Stadium to full capacity on June 14 as they host the Miami Marlins for a brief three-game home stand, the team announced Wednesday afternoon. Tickets for those games go on sale May 27, and the hope from the team and city officials is that the ballpark can remain at full capacity for the remainder of the season.
Cue the crowded curtain calls for Nolan Arenado.
“We are thrilled to soon be fully opening Busch Stadium to our great fans,” said club president Bill DeWitt III in a team statement.
