Cardinals sending Carlos Martinez for another series of exams on muscle strain

The Cardinals -- held to eight hits and two runs in 27 innings against the Twins this season -- have upset their lineup by moving Matt Carpenter down lower than he's hit at any point this season. Carpenter will hit seventh, and Dexter Fowler returns to the lineup and right field. Jose Martinez remains the designated hitter.
