BOSTON • A few hours before batting practice this afternoon at Fenway Park, Jedd Gyorko, Randal Grichuk and a few other teams crammed into the narrow walkway behind the Green Monster and went looking for two things.
Gyorko was looking for where he signed his name during a previous visit.
Grichuk was looking for a place to sign his name.
A traditional unlike any other, peering inside the Green Monster was only one of the touristy things the Cardinals did in their first visit to Fenway Park since Game 6 of the 2013 World Series.
