The Cardinals' six-game winning streak entering Friday has been characterized by an outburst of offense.
It didn't take long for the Cardinals' lineup to find that offense Friday. In the second inning, they batted around the order, scoring four runs off Braves starter Mike Foltynewicz.
One of the many revelations during the current streak has been the power displayed by second baseman Kolten Wong. That power led to the first run of the inning.
Prior to the current winning streak, Wong had hit one home run and 18 doubles in 68 games this year. In the last seven including Friday, he's now hit three doubles and another homer.
