Prepare for pink.
The Cardinals (16-15) have shed their red and will have pink from head to toe in their series finale against the Pittsburgh Pirates (16-14) on Mother's Day at Busch Stadium.
The pink, a nod to baseball's annual breast cancer awareness initiative, can be found on the Cardinals' hats, across their chests, on their cleats and even on their bats.
The Cardinals look to improve to 2-4 this season against their NL Central foe. The Pirates have lost five of their last six games, the lone win coming against the Cardinals on Friday. A win today would move the Redbirds into second place in the division, one spot behind the Cubs.
