The St. Louis Blues returned home for their home opener at the Enterprise Center on Saturday night. The Los Angeles Kings got on the board first, but the Blues pretty much seized control of the game. The Blues won by a final of 7-3.
Blues winger David Perron stole the show with a hat trick. Perron scored three goals — a game-tying, power-play goal at 14:36 of the first period, a go-ahead goal at 0:45 of the second period, and an insurance, power-play goal at 11:40 of the third period.
