The St. Louis Blues are 0-1-1 after two games to start the season and while there are reasons to hit the panic button, Ryan O’Reilly has been a force both in the faceoff circle and on the offensive side distributing the puck.
O’Reilly has opened the year with four points, all on assists during his first two games with his new team and has played a great defensive forward as well.
The 27-year-old has come as advertised for the St. Louis Blues. His ability to play a 200-foot game is noticeable and something that was missing from the top lines from last season.
