St. Louis Blues fans have been fretting over their team, and deservedly so after a Game 3 that was more disastrous than anything else. Their team hasn’t made it past the second round of the postseason since 2001, and hasn’t even made it to the second round since 2012, a year that was supposed to herald change and a new era for St. Louis.
When the Blues ended Game 3 down 2-1 in the first-round series to the Minnesota Wild, it looked as though an early-round exit was practically written in stone for the Blues, even if we kept hoping for the opposite.
