On the initial release of the roster for the upcoming training camp, Dominik Bokk’s absence was eye-raising. However, the St. Louis Blues are making the right move keeping Bokk in Sweden.
Bokk was drafted two years ago by the Blues in the first round, St. Louis ended up trading up in the draft to acquire him, and he has spent the last three years playing in Sweden with the Vaxjo Lakers and Rogle BK.
Even with the significance of training camp to a young player like Bokk, he won’t get the same kind of competitive competition in North America then we would playing in a European regular season.
