NHL Rescinds Game Misconduct to Reaves

Reaves was given a five-minute major and a game-misconduct in the first period after the hit. The Blackhawks scored a power-play goal on the ensuing penalty to take a 1-0 lead.

"You could probably see I disagreed with the call yesterday. I think the League did, too," Reaves said after Thursday's practice at Scottrade Center. "There's no discipline and they took away the 10 (minutes) on my record."

"It was a clean hit," Reaves added. "Just a Blues-Blackhawks game."

The Blues overcame the penalty, eventually earning a 3-2 shootout victory at Scottrade Center.
