Martin Brodeur Signs Three Year Deal To Be Blues' Assistant GM

Martin Brodeur isn't going to return to New Jersey any time soon.

The new guard in New Jersey is apparently a bit of a stumbling block to the homecoming of the Devils' favorite goaltender. With Lou Lamoreillo out as GM and Ray Shero in, there's going to be a lot of changes around the organization, and Brodeur apparently is currently not part of their plans.

He is, however, part of the Blues'. The team today announced that Brodeur is the new Assistant General Manager. Doug Armstrong wanted Brodeur to take on a bigger role with the team if he stayed, and he is doing just that.
