DiMaio first joined the Blues as a professional scout in 2008 and has served as the club’s Director of Pro Scouting since August 2012.
DiMaio joined the Blues from the Dallas Stars where he served as a scout for all levels including professional, amateur and junior hockey. During his 19-year NHL career, the Calgary, Alberta native appeared in 894 games including stints with New York (Islanders and Rangers), Tampa Bay, Philadelphia, Boston, Carolina and Dallas posting 277 points (106 goals, 171 assists) to go along with 840 penalty minutes. DiMaio appeared in the postseason nine times during his career, recording 16 points (seven goals, nine assists) in 62 playoff games.
