Bobby Farnham To Have Hearing With NHL Player Safety Regarding Jaskin Hit

Farnham's retaliation may cost him some cash and playing time.

Last night, Kevin Shattenkirk laid a large and legal hit on Bobby Farnham. The Devils were losing and frustrated, and Farnham made a poor life choice - he went after the first Blues jersey that he saw, which was being worn by Dmitrij Jaskin. He levelled him with a high hit, and received a interference major and a game misconduct. Alex Pietrangelo and Kyle Brodziak were on him in a heartbeat, and the hit spurred a fight that saw Ryan Reaves level Jordin Tootoo with a punch (and a couple after the fact punches that shouldn't've happened).
