William Carrier scored the first goal of the contest tonight. Carl Gunnarsson had the puck take a bad hop on him in the middle of the ice. Carrier was in to corral the loose puck and was off to the races. Jake Allen had no luck in stopping what turned into an easy breakaway. 1-0 Vegas.
