The first major news of the off-season as far as player personnel goes involves... Dmitrij Jaskin.
This isn’t necessarily the contract extension fans were clamoring for. However, it is a reasonable deal. General Fanager has the unconfirmed contract amount at just a million dollars a season, after which Jaskin becomes a RFA. This is a modest raise from his previous one year deal salary of $775,000.
From the Blues’ official press release:
St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrongannounced today the Blues have re-signed forward Dmitrij Jaskinto a two-year contract.
