The Blues announced yesterday that forward Brandon Saad was off of the league’s Covid-19 protocol list and could return to play. Ryan O’Reilly, unfortunately, appears to be on the list through at least this Saturday. There has been speculation that, with two players on the list who developed symptoms, more players could be joining the captain.
Today, we got some confirmation on that speculation. The Blues have announced that backup goaltender Ville Husso has been placed on the list. Husso has played in one game so far this season, a 34 save shutout of the Los Angeles Kings on October 25th.
