The Blues have looked sluggish without the top line fully functioning. Has part of that been the flu? The line-up changes necessitated by Brayden Schenn’s absence? Just a cooling off period after a hot streak?
Whatever the reason behind the current couple game slump, we’re about ready to find out if Schenn’s return can fix some of it. He’s for sure returning tonight against the Ducks, who have seen their season go down the toilet in an epic way. They finally snapped a five game losing streak on Sunday against the Colorado Avalanche, but for a team that fragile, the next losing streak is only a game away.
