Binnington hasn’t had a good series, but if he doesn’t start tonight, that’s not the entire reason why. The Blues need to try something - anything - different. Some lineup tweaks like Allen in net and the return of Barbashev could be what the team needs for a spark.
If the defense doesn’t get a handle on Quinn Hughes and Bo Horvat, Binnington and Allen could be in net at the same time and it wouldn’t matter.
