It’s totally understandable that game seven still hurts for Bruins fans and for the team itself, but does the world really need a retrospective on how sad they were that they lost? I’m sure the whole thing was a gut punch, but the Bruins fell in a 4-0 hole during a must win game, and one of their best players, Brad Marchand, actively stopped playing before one of those four goals (and some could argue at other times of the night).
Someone has to win, someone has to lose. I’m sad that the Cards aren’t in the World Series right now, or that they didn’t beat the Red Sox in 2013, but that’s their own damned fault.
