In a move that attracted almost no attention from anyone else -- hell, your GTPD wasn't even aware of it until this morning -- the Blues have acquired 2011 first-rounder Zack Phillips from the Boston Bruins, in exchange for the ephemeral "future considerations."
The Blues transferred Phillips from the ECHL's Atlanta Gladiators to the Chicago Wolves.
The Chicago Wolves announced Friday that center Zack Phillips has been assigned to the team from the Atlanta Gladiators (ECHL) by St. Louis (NHL).
Phillips, 23, was selected in the first round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild.
