After a mid-season drought, the St. John’s women’s soccer team has put together a four-game win streak to put them in a comfortable position for post-season play.
A win or a draw tomorrow in Chicago against DePaul will get the job done for the Red Storm. St. John’s currently sits in sixth place with 12 points, while the Blue Demons are right behind them in seventh place with 10 points.
Despite St. John’s winning the last meeting 1-0 last year in Queens, St. John’s has had some struggles in Chicago. DePaul has a 2-0-1 record at home against the Red Storm, with the most recent meeting ending a 1-1 draw in 2015.
