Despite a 19-point effort from former St. John’s guard Marcus Hatten, it was Team FOE’s night from as the fourth seeded FOE upset the top seeded Untouchables Thursday night in Brooklyn during the Super 16 of The Basketball Tournament.
Team FOE, with Sean Evans, a 2011 grad of St. John’s, got production from everyone, with five players in double figures and all 10 players on the roster getting on the scoresheet. The bench production was the difference in the game with FOE’s bench outscoring the opponent 31-8.
