The thirteenth all-time scorer in St. John’s history finds success overseas
For former St. John’s guard D.J. Kennedy, basketball has given him the opportunity to travel the world as he has built an illustrious career playing overseas. Kennedy, who is ranked thirteenth all-time in scoring at St. John’s, has played in six countries over his seven-year professional career.
In a recent interview with the Torch, Kennedy talked about how the game of basketball has brought him to different corners of the world.
“I’ve seen a lot of places that I thought I probably wouldn’t ever see due to basketball,” he said.
