Technical Problem Mars Video Assistant Referee Debut In Germany

The German Football Association and Major League Soccer each began implementing the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system over the weekend so that officials on the field would have the ability to consult with officials with access to video replay regarding match-changing decisions.
