A Twitter poll will decide the final spot in the field for the ShopRite LPGA Classic. For the first time, fans can vote in a social media poll between four professional golfers to determine a golfer to play in the field of an LPGA event.
The ShopRite LPGA Classic partnered with MVPindex, which has technology to provide research that identified the four active professional golfers who could leverage their social media following for the fan vote.
“Working with MVPIndex to grow our social media footprint has been a valuable experience,” Tim Erensen, Executive Director of the ShopRite LPGA Classic said in a statement.
