When buying tickets to a sporting event, it is usually difficult to gauge just how good the seats you’re purchasing are. Will your view be blocked? Just how high up is the 300-level? It can be hard to tell from the bird’s-eye view the basic sketch of a stadium.
SeatGeek is launching a new ticket-buying tool, called Pano, to give fans a glimpse at the view from their seats before purchase.
Pano’s first partnership is with the MLS team Sporting Kansas City. Now, SKC fans can click different seats in a 3D, interactive map of the stadium and use their mouse to see the 360-degree view from that seat.
