Riot Games has revealed a new program called LCS Game Changers designed to mentor and recruit women in the competitive League of Legends ecosystem.
Ten women will be selected to participate in a two-week, remote experience alongside various LCS coaches and staff who will train and mentor them on how to reach their esports career goals. The event will run from September 27th to October 8th.
To qualify, women must be 13 years old or older, reside in the U.
