A relationship born in 2006 continues expanding. Samsung has reached an agreement with Real Madrid to bring exclusive content to the club’s fans via Real Madrid’s official Twitter account, including post-match interviews and behind-the-scenes training footage.
“We are delighted that Real Madrid and Samsung bet on Twitter to bring quality video content that is very interesting for our users. Twitter has always been the reference site to comment in real time on sporting events, see and share the reactions with its fans and hear firsthand the protagonists. With agreements like this, users now access relevant content about what is happening in the format they like the most: the video,” said Simone Tomassetti, head of sports partnerships for Southern Europe Twitter, according to a report from The Drum.
