QLIPP, a new tennis performance sensor created by the Singapore based company, 9 Degrees Freedom, went live today on Indiegogo. The crowdfunding campaign is reported to have a funding goal of 30,000 dollars. Founded in 2012, 9 Degrees Freedom will use this campaign to finish the development of QLIPP its free mobile app that is compatible with both IOS and Android devices.
The QLIPP weighs only 8 grams, and can be applied to any tennis racquet with its “twist and lock” mechanism. It is equipped to assist players with personal measurements and video data of their individual performances.
