PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) South Asia is set to relaunch alongside a partnership with soft drink brand Mountain Dew.
Competition is scheduled from May 22nd to June 14th after all PMPL tournaments were suspended earlier this year due to the spread of COVID-19.
The deal sees Mountain Dew, a brand of PepsiCo, become a “platinum sponsor” of the league, with the Mountain Dew logo prominently featuring on newly-released PMPL South Asia branding.
Naseeb Puri, Director of Marketing, Mountain Dew at PepsiCo India, stated in a release: “We are delighted to partner with PUBG MOBILE Esports Program for its 2020 PUBG MOBILE Pro League South Asia.
