The Austin-based company, that lets sales teams operate like real fantasy teams, raised 1.4 Million in three rounds of funding from the same three investors before being acquired by Microsoft earlier this week.
FantasySalesTeam is an incentive based sales program. The service lets you draft “players” and assign them to positions which help a team work towards a goal. There is incentive for management to draft smart as well as the sales teams provide production. FantasySalesTeam already has clients from many top industry providers such as HP, Siemens and Comcast as well as many others.
