Multinational electronics company LG Electronics has announced a partnership with North American esports organisation Evil Geniuses.
As part of the deal, the two entities will launch a two-part invitational series called the Collegiate Showcase Series Invitational. The event is expected to feature top colleges and universities in esports.
The Invitational, powered by LG UltraGearTM, will run virtually this weekend September 25th-26th and will be live-streamed on Evil Geniuses’ Twitch channel.
The first round of matches will begin at 4:00pm ET (9:00pm BST).
