La Liga has revealed details of a project to help its soccer clubs develop their own apps. So far 18 teams have signed up, although the initiative is open to all clubs and La Liga expects more to join.
The apps will feature basic information about stadiums and player and team statistics, and will connect to social media and integrate multimedia content.
The clubs that have signed up include 6 from La Liga‘s top level, and 12 from the rung below. The half dozen from the Primera División include Deportivo Alavés, Eibar, Getafe, Rayo Vallecano, Real Valladolid, and SD Huesca.
