FRISCO, Texas — The Jordan Brand made its commitment to football evident this weekend at the Ford Center at The Star. The Dallas Cowboys’ practice facility hosted hundreds of high school players for the Pylon 7-on-7 National Championships, presented by Jordan.
Before the games began, players participated in Saturday morning’s Breakfast Club, a training regimen inspired by Michael Jordan’s desire to overcome the “Bad Boys” Detroit Pistons teams during the early part of his career. Jordan Brand trainer and former University of Oregon quarterback Dennis Dixon led the workouts, with help and mentoring from Jordan football players Jamal Adams (S, New York Jets), Corey Coleman (WR, Cleveland Browns), and DeShone Kizer (QB, Cleveland Browns).
