The International Esports Federation (IESF) and the Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the objective of further promoting esports.
Signed on March 31st, ISEF recognises and acknowledges the AESF as the sole esports federation in Asia while AESF now recognises the IESF as the only international federation for esports.
Both parties expect the agreement to have an impact on a global scale, with continental federations expected to participate in initiatives where player safeguarding and protection is of top priority.
