Fit For 90 Shows Coaches When Players Are At High Risk Of Injury

Related Topics: Injury, Wearable technology

Among athletes we have seen a growing trend in wearable technology, and data driven analysis to increase performance. Heart Rates, and GPS monitoring from wearables are being used amongst many professional teams to identify training session trends. However, Fit For 90 has created a new wave of technology that is a proven success.

Fit for 90 is a player-monitoring system that collects subjective data from each athlete to analyze and predict daily readiness for training and competition based on a 100 point scale. The system is driven by player feedback to quantify fatigue, mood, sleep quality and time, as well as stress level, ultimately producing a score for each athlete that is displayed in the coach’s interface.
