North American organisation Evil Geniuses has unveiled what it calls the “final phase” of its rebrand, including a new logo that more closely resembles the original.
Evil Geniuses, which was founded in 1999, unveiled a rebrand in December of 2019 that dramatically changed the logo and jersey designs from an “EG” monogram to text.
The new Evil Geniuses logo, which is a modified version of the original, is based on community feedback while paying homage to the organisation’s history, the organisation said. According to a provided breakdown of the redesign, the circular crest represents inclusivity and the two sharp serifs at the top and bottom represent “innovation and risk-taking.
