Esports Arena will close the doors of its Oakland location permanently, the company revealed Wednesday in a statement.
Due to “unfortunate circumstances,” Esports Arena Oakland will remain closed after initially shuttering its physical location on March 16th in wake of the pandemic crisis.
The statement read: “Due to unfortunate circumstances, Esports Arena Oakland will not be reopening and we will be closing our doors permanently. We can’t thank you all enough and will never forget all the events, weeklies and communities who competed inside our doors.”
Esports Arena opened the halls of its Okaland, California venue in April 2018 where it hosted a number of LAN events at both the community and professional levels.
